Thank you for your interest in the Alvarez Endorsement Program. To be considered for endorsement, please provide the following:
- a copy of your current CD (and video if available)
- a current press kit including contact and management information
- a current tour schedule
- dates of your next St. Louis, MO or Seattle, WA performance
- a list of Alvarez products you currently use and product you desire for endorsement.
