Auto Log In Feature - Every time you visit the board, you will be asked to log in unless on a previous visit you checked the box to "login automatically". There is a small catch to utilizing this feature however. For security purposes, if you actually click the Logout link and then leave, your Auto Login status WILL NOT BE REMEMBERED. If you want it to be remembered, DO NOT log out of the board. Simply close your browser window or go about your business on other sites. When you return, you should still be logged in. This does not last indefinitely though as it is a security risk, but the settings should keep you from being forcibly logged out for an adequate amount of time.
[[ This feature is also dependent on your browser and computer security settings with regards to cookies and cache. If your browser deletes cookies every time you close it, then you will not be remembered by the board no matter what you do here. ]]Inbox/Outbox/Sentbox - Apparently there is some confusion as to how the status of your Private Messages change. Here's a rundown on it:
- Inbox
- where your incoming messages are delivered
- Outbox
- messages you have sent which HAVE NOT been read by the recipient
- Sentbox
- messages you have sent which HAVE been read by the recipient
